Bring water to a boil.

While waiting for the water to boil, combine 1 Cup Elmer's glue, cold water, and green food coloring(begin with a couple drops then add more until desired shade is reached) in a medium sized bowl and set aside.

Add 1 teaspoon Borax to another medium sized bowl and pour 1/2 Cup boiling water over the Borax and stir until the Borax is completely dissolved.

Slowly add the glue mixture to the Borax mixture and stir until it begins to thicken. Pour off excess water and then knead with your hands until soft flubber forms.
