No-Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

Cup
old-fashioned oats
2/3
cup
sweetened coconut flakes
1/2
cup
creamy peanut butter
you could use crunchy if you prefer, but we like the creamy kind
1/2
Cup
ground flax seed
1/2
Cup
milk chocolate chips
1/2
Cup
honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. (I used my
Kitchen-Aid mixer)
Chill in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Form into 1 inch balls and place in airtight container.
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
