Marinated Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups strawberries hulled, halved, and quartered
  • 2 Cups seedless green grapes
  • 2 Cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 Cups blueberries
  • 2 11- ounce cans mandarin oranges drained
  • 20 ounce can pineapple chunks drained and 1/4 Cup juice reserved.

Marinade

  • 1/4 Cup reserved pineapple juice
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 Cup honey

Instructions

  • Combine all fruit in a large serving bowl. Drizzle marinade over fruit; toss gently to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours to overnight. Toss again before serving.
