Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients

beef stew meat

onion sliced

celery stalks
chopped

carrots
peeled and sliced

potatoes
peeled and cubed

tomato juice
1/2
Cup
water

Tablespoons
minute Tapioca

Tablespoon
sugar

teaspoons
salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Place stew meat in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Top with onions, celery, carrots, and potatoes.
In a bowl, mix together tomato juice, Tapioca, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour over meat and vegetables.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
