Unwrap the Hershey Kisses (I suggest counting out the number of cookies you wish to make first, so you know how many kisses to unwrap)

Flip the fudge stripe cookies over, so they are bottom side up.

Add a ring of orange icing around the hole in the center.

Add a kiss to the top of the icing.
