Tomato Cucumber Salad

There's nothing like the fresh taste a salad that comes straight from the garden.  This Tomato Cucumber Salad tastes great all year long, especially when the main ingredients come straight from your very own garden!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup purple onions purple
  • 5 to matoes diced or wedged
  • 3 small cucumbers diced

Instructions

  • Cut up the veggies and place in a large bowl.
  • Add the spices and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Serve within 3 days.
