Form a small ball from the air dry clay and place inside the bottle cap and flatten slightly.

Add a toothpick to the center and allow it to dry.

Once dry, add a flag to the top of the toothpick from the construction paper.

Roll some aluminum foil on the ground outside and roll up the sides slightly.

Add water continuously with a garden hose and add the boats.
