Have you ever wanted to make ice cream, but don't have an ice cream maker? This recipe for Homemade Ice Cream in a Bag is perfect for you!
Add the ice and kosher salt to the gallon ziploc bag and set aside.
Pour the whole milk, whipping cream, vanilla, and sugar in the quart ziploc bag and seal well. You can add duct tape for reinforcement if you choose.
Place the quart ziploc bag in the gallon ziploc bag and seal well. You can wrap this in a towel to protect little hands from the cold.
Now shake, shake, shake for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the gallon bag and cut top off and enjoy right out of the bag or scoop it into your favorite bowl and add your favorite toppings.
