Cheesy Potatoes

What You Will Need
  • 1 30 ounce bag of shredded hashbrown potatoes
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ Cup chopped onion (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
What You Do
  1. Combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, salt and pepper together.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese.
  3. Fold in the hashbrowns until coated.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
