Slow Cooker Beef Stew

What You Will Need
  • 1½ pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Cup tomato juice
  • ½ Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons minute Tapioca
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
What You Do
  1. Place stew meat in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Top with onions, celery, carrots, and potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together tomato juice, Tapioca, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour over meat and vegetables.
  5. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
