Marinated Fresh Fruit Salad
What You Will Need
  • 2 Cups strawberries, hulled, halved, and quartered
  • 2 Cups seedless green grapes
  • 2 Cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 Cups blueberries
  • 2 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained and ¼ Cup juice reserved.
  • ¼ Cup reserved pineapple juice
  • ¼ Cup lemon juice
  • ¼ Cup honey
What You Do
  1. Combine all fruit in a large serving bowl. Drizzle marinade over fruit; toss gently to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to overnight. Toss again before serving.
